Raw vegan cauliflower rice sushi rolls
Ingredients:
- 4 sheets of nori
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 red bell pepper sliced thinly
- 1 avocado peeled and sliced
- 1 cup red cabbage sliced thinly
- 2 green onions sliced thinly lengthwise
- 2 cups field greens , chopped
- Sprouts of any type
Take cauliflower rice and avocado and blend lightly in a food processor to create a sticky consistency.
Please cauliflower rice on nori sheet and then add desired toppings!
Serve with organic coconut aminos!
Use a sushi roller if you have one! Helpful but not necessary.
