Raw vegan cauliflower rice sushi rolls

Ingredients:

  • 4 sheets of nori
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thinly
  • 1 avocado peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage sliced thinly
  • 2 green onions sliced thinly lengthwise
  • 2 cups field greens , chopped
  • Sprouts of any type


Take cauliflower rice and avocado and blend lightly in a food processor to create a sticky consistency.

Please cauliflower rice on nori sheet and then add desired toppings!

Serve with organic coconut aminos!

Use a sushi roller if you have one! Helpful but not necessary.
