Raw pea pesto and zoodles

Ingredients:

  • I cup fresh or frozen peas (rinse under warm water until soft if frozen)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • ¼ cup basil (or more to taste)
  • 1 ½ cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (cold pressed if you want it raw) skip and use water if you want no oil.
  • ¼ cup water
  • Pink salt to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper



Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

Serve over fresh spiralized Zoodle’s, diced organic cherry tomatoes and whatever other veggie would like!
