Raw pea pesto and zoodles
Ingredients:
- I cup fresh or frozen peas (rinse under warm water until soft if frozen)
- 1/2 Avocado
- ¼ cup basil (or more to taste)
- 1 ½ cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (cold pressed if you want it raw) skip and use water if you want no oil.
- ¼ cup water
- Pink salt to taste
- Fresh ground black pepper
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
Serve over fresh spiralized Zoodle’s, diced organic cherry tomatoes and whatever other veggie would like!
