Cilantro Ahi Verdi
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper(optional)
- 3 jalapeños, roughly chopped seeded but keeping the ribs (optional)
- 2 cups chopped fresh cilantro leaves and stems (2 oz) rinsed well
- 3 medium cloves garlic, crushed through a press
- Half cup to 1 cup of water
This recipe does not need to be precise! You can add more Tahini or more water and just get a nice creamy consistency! Blend all together until it’s the consistency you like
